Shoulder pain, unable to lift arms, swollen joints, numb hands, How to fix it!!

Every time before stretching, use heat from GONR Heating Mattress to relax the muscles first to make the tendons softer and smoother.
You can use Sea Sand Sun model by placing it on a pillow to lean on, then use the shoulder corner to place on the bed sheet.
Then adjust the temperature to 55 Degree Celsius, set the timer for 2 hours (please watch the video clip below for your understanding of the correct postures), and start the following postures:
1) Lie on your side with your shoulders for about 15 minutes.
2) Then adjust the position to lie on your back for about 15 minutes.
3) Then do the beckoning cat pose, up and down 20 times.
4) Then raise your arms up as high as you can 20 times as well.
5) Then place the mattress sheet across your stomach for 15 minutes.
6) Then change to a sitting position, raise your hands together perpendicularly in front of yourself, then lift them above your head, then slowly release your arms and elbows to your body. Do this 10 times.
7) Then do a swimming pose backwards. (Backstroke) 10 rounds
8) Next, extend your arms, turn your arms upside down as far as they can go. Then, bring one hand down as far as it can go and slowly pull it to your side. Then, bend down and hold for a count of 1-20. Then, relax for a moment. Continue doing this 10 times.
9) Then, go back to lying on the heating mattress for an hour at a temperature of 55 Degree Celsius.
