Lower Pelvic or Groin Area Pain ! How to fix it !!
What should I do?
For Lower Pelvic or Groin Area Pain down to the legs, you can use the "Roller of GONR Thailand by GNR" after using GONR heating mattress as follows:

- Turn the roller at level 1, then place it under the tailbone, place your weight on your hips for about 5-10 minutes.
- Then move down a little, let the roller touching the buttocks for 5-10 minutes.
- Then move back to the tailbone point, stretch your legs out as far as they can go, then sit up, place the roller on your buttocks, and sit on it for 5-10 minutes.
- Then move down to the upper thighs for another 5-10 minutes.
- Then pick up the roller, press at the pain point, and roll it back and forth on the upper thighs, inner thighs. Do this 10 times.
- Then go back to each stretching position according to the video clip, 15-20 times each position until you have done all positions.
